Step by step installation:

The pipe is connected to the main mechanism through the upper hole.
An O-ring is inserted into the recess at the other end of the mechanism, after which the connecting element necessary to connect the entire device to the water supply is attached.
The resulting structure is inserted into the hole for installing the faucet in the sink, having first put a rubber sealing ring on it.
