In what cases is an electrical inspection of a boiler house building carried out?
Considering that the industrial safety inspection of a boiler room is mandatory, the legislator provides an exhaustive list of cases when it must be carried out. These are:
- The end of the permissible service life of the boiler house building, determined by the design documentation of the hazardous production facility;
- There is no design documentation for the boiler room, or this documentation does not provide for an acceptable service life;
- In the event of accidents and incidents that result in damage to the load-bearing structures of the boiler house building;
- Expiration of the period of permissible operation of the boiler room, which was determined by the conclusion of the industrial safety examination.
Technical devices operating under excess pressure over 0.07 MPa, used by boiler complexes, are subject to industrial safety examination before commissioning, as well as in the following cases:
- Expiration of service life determined by operational documentation or industrial safety examination;
- Technical exhaustion due to exceeding the number of load cycles;
- After 20 years of service, if the service life of the equipment was not provided for in the operational documentation;
- Carrying out repair and restoration work, as well as manipulations related to modernization and changes in the design of the device.
Instructions for writing a water act for operation
- In the first part of the document, its name is written, and its essence is also briefly indicated (in this case, “about the commissioning of equipment”). Stages of carrying out industrial inspection of a boiler room
The algorithm of actions aimed at conducting an industrial safety examination of a boiler house consists of the sequential implementation of certain stages regulated by Federal norms and rules.
- Determining the tasks and scope of work to be done. Agreeing on terms and conditions with the customer. Conclusion of an agreement for the provision of services;
- Request for documentation necessary for the examination (if the required documents are not available, the issue of their production by an expert organization is decided);
